How will I receive my planner?

Every planner order includes two things: a printed planner shipped to your address within the United States with tracking (delivery in 3–7 business days), and a PDF digital copy emailed to you right after your payment is confirmed.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. Your PDF copy is delivered by email at no extra cost.

Which apps and devices do the planners work with?

Our planners are hyperlinked PDF files that work with GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Noteful, Xodo and other PDF annotation apps on iPad, Android tablets and other tablets with a stylus. The apps themselves are sold separately.

Are the planners dated or undated?

We offer both. Undated planners let you start any time of year, and dated planners cover specific years such as 2026, 2027 and 2028 or midyear July 2026 – June 2027. Each product page lists exactly what is included.

I didn’t receive my download link. What should I do?

First check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, email support@gartenwerkstatt.shop with your order number and we will resend your files within 1 business day.

What is your refund policy?

Printed planners can be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition. If your PDF file is defective, won’t open, or is not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will send a replacement or refund you. See our Refund Policy for full details.

What if my file doesn’t work properly?

Email us with your order number, the app and device you are using, and a screenshot of the issue. We’ll help you get set up or send a corrected file — and if we can’t fix it, we’ll refund you.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and major credit and debit cards through PayPal’s secure checkout. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
